The Beech Tree Wellness Center offers a supportive and trauma-informed space for adults seeking experienced professional trauma Psychotherapy Services.

To foster a healthy therapeutic relationship, Page engages in the Person-Centered counseling theory. Person-centered counseling, also known as client-centered therapy, is a humanistic approach to counseling. It emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Person-centered counseling places the client at the center of the therapeutic process, recognizing their inherent capacity for growth and self-actualization.

Page also utilizes SomExSM (Somatic Experiential therapy). SomEx is an interactive process between her and the client, which incorporates the integration of body and brain memories into present sensory experiences. By maintaining emotional regulation and fostering a focused attunement to the present moment, combined with somatic, empathetic, and relational approaches, unresolved issues are transformed, leading to a harmonious state in the nervous system. This process allows individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, rekindle and rediscover their inherent abilities to navigate and express genuine emotions, confront and accept personal and interpersonal truths, heal from shame, take responsibility for their actions, and embark on a journey of growth, well-being, and flourishing. Experiential therapy includes nature-based therapy, expressive arts, psychodrama, and role-playing.

Also, she has fully completed all 3 levels of training in Internal Family Systems, an evidence-based treatment that honors each client's unique journey. In IFS, or "parts work", the way we have been protecting ourselves is honored and explored. This modality is great for shadow work where we can build capacity to send compassion and acceptance to those aspects of us that we aren't very proud of.

Additionally, Page has received training in EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique. Clinical EFT has been identified as a validated approach for addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and PTSD. EFT is a type of energy psychology in which anxiety-producing memories are paired with tapping specific points on the body (meridian points) along with the use of spoken affirmations. It is important to note that clinical EFT distinguishes itself from self-administered EFT, as it involves a prescribed protocol and necessitates the guidance of a certified healthcare professional. â€‹
